IT'S ALL ABOUT MOVEMENT!
I believe in movement - any and every kind - it really does make you feel better physically and mentally. |More movement and more variety of movement - better outcome. We are in the age of long hours at the laptop, binge watching Netflix, driving everywhere or just gaizing to the phone. Than covid and after covid period, when so many of us started to work from home. Which maybe helped us in some cases, but it unfortunately had a huge impact on our postures, less movement, and with that came pains in back, shoulders, hips,...and also gaining weights. Our bodies are screaming for help, but we often don't want to stop to listen until its too late. Life is busy - no time, no energy - but when you cross the line of 'I can't', I am here and very excited to help you as you take the first big step. I will support you with your health and fitness goals, creating tailored, personalised fitness programmes either for you individually or for group training with friends, partners etc. I also promise to help you discover just how fun and energising moving your body can be. Getting healthier by doing regular exercise shouldn’t feel a punishment, it’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.
